Now I find myself constantly scrolling when I just want to quickly go down my list of coins by tapping on the next one, and only scroll when I hit the bottom of the current coins displayed. Now you must scroll to each coin because the selected coin automatically gets pushed to the bottom.
This little feature has greatly reduced the user experience in my opinion. I just think it was much smoother when the info pane was manually collapsible. I kno I could use trading view and have pretty much the same indicators, but this app is just a lot easier to use.
They have a great support team that I can send a message directly from the app and I have always gotten a reply within an hour. Many other sites have worked with the developer to provide CSV downloads of the files, making it relatively easy to incorporate that data into my CoinTracker account as well.
And wherever necessary, I can enter the transactions manually. The Dashboard provides a quick and concise view of the status of the account, with clickable links to greater detail. The app also has a section for tax calculation, and it generates the necessary documents for importing into TurboTax. This feature eliminates a significant amount of labor and frustration when preparing to file taxes. The CoinTracker Support Staff is extremely competent, attentive and receptive to requests and suggestions.
I expect to see continued improvements in the program, which is already at the top of its category. I highly recommend CoinTracker to anyone investing in Crypto assets. At this point the only way for me to refresh my balance is to completely close out the app in my multitasking screen, wait 10 seconds and reopen the app. Also, when I change my timescale after the correct balance is displayed, I have a similar problem.
Sometimes I have to wait 20 seconds or I have to reload the app for the correct balance to load. Different timescales have different loading time which kind of makes sense since each timescale has a different number of datapoints.

Really best app for tracking portfolio but really needs an option to swipe and remove coins as seems to go all sorts of weird if a coin gets delisted and no way to click edit and remove when this happens. Would update to 5 stars if it actually worked because it WAS useful The developers are great!

Apparently, after updates, we shld log out and log back in, and that will fix all of these issues. If u hv the same or similar problems, keep this in mind. My own fault. I used it on my computer and on my Apple phone. About 2 weeks ago, it began having issues.
I hv to log in 3 times in a row to get it to give them to me. I tried deleting the app and reloading it. It did the same thing to me. If you can fix all of this, it wld be perfect again. While there are a few additions to this new update that were good keeping track of price per coin and transaction fees , the app now glitches more than ever. Totals, coin prices, and charts will not refresh half the time. Also, the app freezes up when trying to enter additions and subtractions to my positions.
I find myself having to force quit the app many times just to enter staking interest for a few coins. Also, in the portfolio section, we use to have the ability to pull up charts for individual coins, but now we have to go to another section to do that. Timing is everything when investing in ultra-high volatility blockchains. To the developers: you nailed it. Thank you so much for your effort.
Developer Response , YES, we are working hard everyday to be the best crypto app with a lot of unique features coming in the next versions, such as crypto alert by market cap, performance, volume, etc. Thank you for your support! This is by far the best crypto tracking application I have come across to date. Easy to use, and the charts and indicators are ahead of the game. The only issue I have is one of cosmetics.
You have a killer app here. But we live in a world of appearances. Make the app icon more attractive. Even just s a simple option to change the color scheme would work.
